Abbreviations: ar, articular; C, upper canine; d, dentary; fr, frontal; I, upper incisor; j, jugal; la, lacrimal; mx, maxilla; na, nasal; pa, parietal; PC, upper postcanine; pmx, premaxilla; po, postorbital; pof, postfrontal; pp, preparietal; prf, prefrontal; rla, reflected lamina of angular; sa, surangular; smx, septomaxilla; sq, squamosal.
