Summary[edit]

Description
English: Examples of stimuli in which the inner contour is the chromatic adapting contour. Observers tend to perceive color filling-in complementary to the color of the adapting contour. Note, the effect appears somewhat stronger after a couple of alternations (please set your video player to loop the movie and fixate on the small dot in the middle of the four stimuli).
