Description
English: Akple and Pepper Sauce is one of the mean food of the Ewe's in Ghana, Togo, Benin and the Southern part of Nigeria. It is made of Corn flour, Cassava dough.

Akple is a general name given to food that is cooked by mashing the substance with ladele or a wood called Akpledatsi (Flat wooden ladele)

Types of Akple: Amokple (Dough, Cassava dough and Corn dough), Ewokple (Corn flour), Ayikple (Beans or Beans flour), Molukple (Rice) and Dzankple
