Albert Shimek. Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin (PG) Albert Shimek, 87, 334 N. Fourth Ave., died Tuesday morning in Door County Memorial Hospital of old age complications. He was born April 23, 1873 in Kewaunee County to the late Wenzel and Barbara Shimek. He lived in Madison and Algoma before moving to Sturgeon Bay 15 years ago to reside with a niece, Mrs. Pauline Kwapel. Mr. Shimrk was the oldest member of the Knights of Columbus in Door Countv, affiliated with Msgr. Eroens Council No. 2475 for 52 years.
