Local grade listed Pavilion elsewhere 'Summer Pavilion and Music Pavilion. In 1896, according to the plans of Gusztáv Áchim, chief engineer of the city, the summer pavilion with a half-timbered canopy, hussar tower and 16×10 meter hall and restrooms was built by Mihály Vital's construction company. The ground floor building is connected by a covered terrace, on both sides of which there is a cloakroom and a confectionery. To the east of the summer pavilion, at the same time as the pavilion, the music pavilion had a regular octagonal plan, open on the sides. From the 1940s it served as a theatre props store and carpentry workshop. It was renovated in 1968 and again in 1993. He became a "Kuglibar". Since 1997 Ligeti Beer Garden Disco &; Pub. In 2007 it was renovated and expanded with a one-storey building (wing), where the visitor center of the Körösok Valley Nature Park Association was established. At its fence there is: Lipót Lischka memorial column by Géza Széri-Varga (installed in 2017., a bronze portrait relief on granite column) with the inscription: "Lipót Lischka/1867-1938/First head gardener of Békéscsaba/erected in memory of him/Population of Békéscsaba/2017" - Széchenyi liget (Széchenyi Grove), Békéscsaba, Békés County, Hungary.

1896-ban Áchim Gusztáv városi főmérnök tervei szerint, Vitális Mihály építőipari vállalatának kivitelezésében épült fel a favázas előtetős, huszártoronyos, nyári pavilon 16×10 méteres teremmel és mellékhelyiségekkel. A földszintes épülethez fedett terasz csatlakozik, melynek két oldalán ruhatár, illetve cukrászda kapott helyet. A nyári pavilontól keletre, a pavilonnal egyidőben készült a zenepavilon szabályos nyolcszög alaprajzú, oldalán nyitott építménye. 1940-es évektől színházi kelléktárként és asztalosműhelyként szolgált. 1968-ban majd 1993-ban felújították. "Kuglibár" lett. 1997-től Ligeti Sörkert Disco & Pub. 2007-ben felújították és egy emeletes épülettel(épületszárnnyal) bővítették ahol a Körösök Völgye Natúrpark Egyesület látogatóközpontját alakították ki.
