Description
Deutsch: Blick vom Bismarckturm am Kirchberg bei Osterwieck auf die ehemalige große Feldmark des Kirchdorfs Berwinkel (gegr. um 800, erstmals 1262 erwähnt, wüst um 1400). Stammhaus der uradeligen Ministerialen- und Ritterfamilie von Berwinkel. Links die alte Kastanienallee „Kirchbergweg“, rechts die Straße „Im Fallstein“ zum Bismarckturm und der Stelle wo sich früher das Dorf befand (Flurname Barwinkel). Unterhalb der Feldflur ist die Ilseniederung mit Osterwieck zu sehen, darüber am Horizont der Brocken im Harz.
