Description
Français : En amont du complexe, un anti-génome du SARS-CoV-2 entre dans le CRT, sous l'impulsion d'une hélicase (nsp13), aidée par une pince coulissante ARN pour la processivité et par un domaine primase pour l'amorçage (nsp7 et 8). Cet anti-génome sert de modèle à répliquer pour la RdRp (nsp12). En aval du CRT se trouve une RBP pour éviter la structure secondaire (nsp9)]]
