Summary[edit]

Description

This image shows the analysis of an immune activation assay (called elispot assay). For this assay, the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) tissue chip researchers are investigating how many cytokines were produced by T cells; this indicates their activation status. Immune activation results in many dots.
