Description
English:
Groundfloor listed building with tymapnum. Its named varied: Former Tiszttartó ház (~Count Károlyi Estate Management House) or Károlyi-kúria (Károlyi Country House), gróf Károlyi katolikus ház (~Count Károlyi Catholic House), Belvárosi Rk. Plébánia Károlyi Háza (~Downtown R.C.Church Parish Károlyi House). Built in 1794 in Neo-classicist style, planned by Imre Kopold. Extended in 1802, Remodelled after the fire in 1808. Here was the residential home and office of the 'head of the Estate Management' called Tiszttartó. In 1902 sold to the R.C. Church. After this, this building started calling as Count Károlyi Catholic House. In world wars used as public office of city management. After nationalization here was a Folk Art Cooperative. In 1997 the Church got back, planned to use as a cultural center. In 2021, the owner and its purpose is unknown - 13 Andrássy Road (ex Lenin Road), Hódmezővásárhely, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary

Egykori Tiszttartó ház máshol Károlyi-kúria. Az épület terveit Kopold Imre mérnök készítette, és az uradalom házilagos kivitelezésében,1794-ben épült fel. 1802-ben bővítették majd az 1808. évi tűzvész uán átalakították. Miután 1902-ben a római katolikus egyház megvásárolta, egyházi célokat szolgált, és „gróf Károlyi katolikus háznak” nevezték. Műemléki védelem azonosító: 3371, törzsszám: 2725 sulinet.hu 111. tétel - Csongrád-Csanád megye, Hódmezővásárhely, Andrássy út (volt Lenin út) 13.
