中文（繁體）：位於南中國海的熱帶擾動經已增強為熱帶低氣壓。在7月28日下午8時，熱帶低氣壓12w 集結在香港的東南偏南約 440 公里，即在北緯 18.6 度，東經 115.9 度附近。估計中心最高持續風力為每小時 55 公里，中心附近最低海平面氣壓約為 997 hPa。
與此同時，納沙已增強為颱風，估計中心最高持續風力為每小時 130 公里，最低海平面氣壓約為 966 hPa。他在7月28日下午8時集結在高雄的東南偏東約 450 公里，即在北緯 21.1 度，東經 124.3 度附近。 |
