Description
English: Cells lacking An-Cdc7 undergo multiple cell cycles. The movie used to generate Figure 8D showing a germinating ΔAn-Cdc7 spore containing GFP-Tubulin and Histone H1-mCherry. Although DNA replication does not occur due to the lack of An-Cdc7 function, this cell attempts mitosis twice separated by an intervening period of interphase. Time is in min.
