Description
English: The site at Triq il-Bidnija (Bidnija Road) near the town of Mosta where Maltese investigative journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia (born 1964) was killed on 16 October 2017 close to her home when a bomb placed in her leased car exploded at the top of the hill. On the left, where the vehicle's wreckage spiralled into a field, is a banner that reads "TRUTH AND JUSTICE for DAPHNE CARUANA GALIZIA"
Deutsch: Die Stelle, an der die investigative Journalistin Daphne Caruana Galizia (* 1964) am 16. Oktober 2017 in der Nähe ihres Hauses bei der Stadt Mosta ermordet wurde, als auf der Bidnija-Straße (im Hintergrund auf dem Hügel) eine Bombe in ihrem Mietwagen explodierte. Links, wo das Autowrack in ein Feld rollte, befindet sich ein Banner mit dem Ruf nach Wahrheit und Gerechtigkeit.
