This image is from a 1978 accession (A234) of various Auckland Customs records which range from memoranda and staff records to poll tax registrations. The photographs are of Customs staff, buildings and boats. This image is of the Auckland Customs Office Cricket Team from circa 1925. Numbers have been written on the men’s images. There are only 10 – where is number 11?? We think he’s behind the camera. Can anyone help identify the ground? It’s not one we can identify.
