[edit]DescriptionAutomated-Filtering-of-Intrinsic-Movement-Artifacts-during-Two-Photon-Intravital-Microscopy-pone.0053942.s011.ogv |
English: Filtering for movement artifacts in the mouse intestine using the Affine transformation option implemented into the Intravital_Microscopy_Toolbox. X-Y alignment of the image sequence taken from the myenteric plexus using the Affine transformation allows to get rid of the drift problems that occur in tissue prone to peristaltism. The white cross and circle are pointing to cells in the center and periphery of the field of view, respectively, that move in the x-y-direction in the original video (left panel) because of the intrinsic movement of the living intestine. Note that this movement is corrected after applying the Affine transformation (right panel). |
