A talapzat hármas tagolású, magassága 160 cm, anyaga mészkő. A mellszobor magassága 75 cm, anyaga bronz. A szobor legnagyobb szélessége 60 cm, legnagyobb mélysége 48 cm. A bronztábla felirata: Wosinsky Mór 1854-1907 A szobrot egy másfél méter átmérőjű kör alakú térburkolat övezi.
