| Description | The sea craft is one of the commonest small craft found on the island; small and easily manageable. It can have an engine but the smallest ones depend on oars. In this case a proud father is enjoying himself accompanied by his kids who are enthralled by the blue sea and the fact that they are away from the usual surroundings. The father is a cautious man as he made sure that no harm befalls his kids, both have arm floaters in the eventuality that they fall over. It is a common way of enjoying one’s day especially among those living near the coast. It shows the oneness of Man with the sea which at times can be cruel as seen through the many chronicles of disasters at sea. The rippling waves are the only forces which are moving the sea craft, it flows gently with the waves but yet guided by the man at the tiller - Malta |
