Kurfürstenallee 5
Villa im klassizistischen Stil aus dem Jahre 1845. Erbaut von dem Kölner Bankier Adolph vom Rath. Das Herrenhaus diente ihm und seinen Angehörigen über Jahrzehnte hinweg als Familiensitz.
Die Villa befindet sich heute im Privatbesitz. Seit der Grundsanierung im Jahr 2013 durch das IT-Beratungsunternehmen axxessio wird das Anwesen von diesem als Firmenhauptsitz genutzt.
