Description
Deutsch: Das Haus Kirchplatz 12 ist ein seit 1985 unter Denkmalschutz stehendes Fachwerkhaus in der historischen Altstadt von Bad Laasphe, das 1687 als Bürgerhaus der Barockzeit errichtet wurde. Das dreigeschossige Gebäude ist in Ständerbauweise errichtet und besitzt einen in das Dachgeschoss reichenden Standerker.
English: The historic townhouse Kirchplatz 12 is a half-timbered house in the historic old town of Bad Laasphe, listed since 1985, which was built in 1687 as a burgher's house of the Baroque period.
