Description
English: Badge "Army Air Defense Forces". Award of the Defense Ministry of the USSR. Instituted on 31 March 1975 by ministerial order 81. Awarded to members of the Soviet Army Air Defense Forces for exemplary performance in military duties on air defense alert crews over a period of 5 years. Commanders of air defense units that rated as "excellent" could also be awarded the badge.
Français : Insigne "Forces de Défense Aérienne de l'Armée". Décoration du Ministère de la Défense de l'URSS. Instituée le 31 Mars 1975 par l'arrêté ministériel 81. Décernée aux membres des Forces de défense aérienne de l'armée soviétique pour performance exemplaire lors de l'exécution de fonctions militaires à titre de membre d'équipes d'alerte de défense aérienne pour une période de 5 ans. Les commandants des unités de défense aérienne jugées comme «excellentes» pouvaient également se voir attribuer cette décoration.
Русский: Знак "Войска ПВО страны". Учрежден приказом Министерства обороны СССР № 81 от 31.03.1975 г. Знаком отличия награждаются военнослужащие, за образцовое выполнение задач боевого дежурства по противовоздушной обороне: в составе дежурных боевых расчетов пунктов управления и дежурных подразделений - в течение 5 лет; Командиры воинских частей и подразделений, привлекаемых к выполнению задач боевого дежурства по противовоздушной обороне, могут представляться к награждению знаком отличия при продолжительности выполнения ими задач боевого дежурства по противовоздушной обороне не менее половины установленных сроков в случае, если в ходе итоговой проверки воинской части состояние боевого дежурства в ней оценено на «отлично».
