Percival Clennell Fenwick, Dominion Chief Commander Boy Scouts Association, circa 1929. .1 Boy Scout Merit badge circular gold badge; fixed loop suspension with ring above and small suspension loop at lower edge, with short length of stranded wire attached obverse- Boy Scout fleur de lis emblem inside laurel wreath; on either side of the fleur de list the words FOR - MERIT; base scroll with scout motto- BE PREPARED reverse- plain, with maker's mark markings- reverse- maker's name- J.A. WYLIE and CO - LONDON .2 Boy Scout (Commander's) lapel badge or hat pin (gilt) and enamel stick pin badge form- Boy Scout fleur de lis emblem in green enamel; at centre the letter C, with a star on either side; stick pin attached verso
