Nederlands: Baer (D) - Baer Motoren- en Automobielfabriek, Den Haag
De Baer werd van 1921 tot 1924 gemaakt door de Duitse fabriek Paul Baer Motoren Fabrik GmbH te Berlijn. De auto was voorzien van een 770.cc 2-cylinder 2-tact motor, maar er werden er maar weinig van gebouwd (bron: Georgano). In het blad 'Het Leven' van 10 februari 1922 staat een artikel over de Baer Motoren- en Automobielfabriek te Den Haag, die van de Baer fabriek de opdracht had gekregen om een 1,5 liter 4-cylinder 2-tact motor te bouwen. Deze motor zou uitsluitend bestemd zijn voor levering in combinatie met een Baer chassis, dit in tegenstelling tot de 2-cylinder motor, die op bestelling aan vele fabrieken werd geleverd. Niet bekend is of Baer in Den Haag ook zelf auto's heeft gebouwd of geïmporteerd. advertentie 1922 |
