Description
English:
Kisújszállás railway station, track side. The first station building of Kisújhely was erected by the Tisza Region Railway in 1857. The second, current station building was designed by Ferenc Pfaff, the renowned chief architect of MÁV in 1903/1904. The city is bordered to the north by the railway. The station has seven tracks, ticket office, waiting room, traffic service. The renovated recording building was located closer to the starting end of the station, its upstairs part (in 2009) was inhabited. The waiting room elsewhere and the passenger hall are closed in the early hours of the morning. In 2024, from 5 p.m. the ticket office will be closed, there will be a ticket machine. By 2009, the covered veranda/porch was covered with decorative coverings. Plaque to the 120th anniversary of the opening of the Kál-Kápolna–Kisújszállás railway line is on trackside facade (2007). On the track side facade above a geodetic control point (Magasság jegy='Altitude sign') is a Gábor Baross plaque-relief by Szabolcs Csányi (2007 bronze works, made in a couple dozens of this, usually placed on station buildings), above its is a bronze sign 'Vasúti műemlék'=~Listed station. Vasútállomás felvételi épület vágányoldal. Kisújszállás első állomásépületét még a Tiszavidéki Vasút emelte 1857-ben. Ekkor haladt át az első vonat Kisújszálláson a megépült a Szolnok–Debrecen közti vasútvonalon. A második, jelenlegi állomásépületet pedig a MÁV neves főépítésze Pfaff Ferenc tervezte 1903-ban, épült 1904-ben(?). A várost északról határolja a vasút. Az állomás hétvágányos, menetjegykiadás, váróterem, forgalmi szolgálat van. 2009-ben a felújított, felvételi épület az állomás kezdőponti végéhez helyezkedik el közelebb, emeleti része lakott. A várótermet máshol utascsarnokot a hajnali órákban zárva tartják. 2024-ben du. 5-től pénztár zárva, jegykiadó automata van. 2009-re a fedett előtető alatti peron díszburkolatot kapott. Emléktábla felirata: "Emlékül/A Szolnok-Debreceni vasútvonal megépítésének 150. és Kisújszállás-Kál-Kápolna vasútvonal megnyításának 120. évfordulója alkalmából./Kisúkszállás Város Önkormányzata/Városvédő és -Szépítő Egyesület/2007". Szintén a vágányoldal felőli oldalon van egy magasságjel, felette Bellusi Baross Gábor domborműves emléktábla (1998 Csányi Szabolcs, bronz, megj. tucatnyi példányban készült tobbnyire állomásépületek falára került)[1] e felett pedig bronz? Vasúti műemlék tábla - '20. KHV 2214/1 MÁV Állomás épülete (Pillangó utca 21.)' nyilvántartási számon, Védettségi kategória, Hrsz., Megnevezés, címen Nemzeti Jogszabálytár 2023-as rendelet alapján védett - Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok megye, Kisújszállás, Pillangó utca 21., hrsz,: 2214/1
