English:

Cast copper alloy bell dating from the Medieval to Post-Medieval period, (1100-1700). The object is circular in plan and D-shaped in cross-section. Projecting from the top of the bell is a rectangular sectioned attachment which would have been folded over forming a loop. Within the bell is a large amount of corrosion. The object has a dark green patina.
