This digital photo of the Dr. Benjamin Rush portrait presently in the Winterthur collection in Delaware HAS BEEN REVERSED! The original portrait, which can be viewed on Winterthur's excellent virtual tour, shows the good doctor writing with his RIGHT hand.
I do not have the savvy to correct this error, though I can supply a higher-resolution jpg and will be glad to work with others better suited for the task.
Dr. Jim
