Description
Deutsch: Die Nürtingen-Grundschule am Mariannenplatz 27-28 in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Der Bau wurde 1875-1876 nach Plänen von Hermann Blankenstein für das ehemalige Leibniz-Gymnasium (nicht identisch mit Leibniz-Schule (Berlin)) errichtet. Das dazugehörige Lehrerwohnhaus und die Turnhalle wurden im Zweiten Weltkrieg zerstört. Das verbliebene Gebäude ist als Baudenkmal gelistet.
English: The Nürtingen-Grundschule (Elementary School) at Mariannenplatz No. 27-28 in Berlin-Kreuzberg. The building was constructed from 1875 to 1876 to a design by Hermann Blankenstein for the historical Leibniz-Gymnasium (not identical with Leibniz-Schule (Berlin)). The teachers' residence and the sports hall belonging to the complex were destroyed in WWII. The remaining building has been designated as a cultural heritage monument.
