| Description |
Deutsch: Geschäfts- und Wohnhaus in der Jägerstraße 28 in Berlin-Mitte, erbaut 1894-1895 von Architekt Albert Bohm für den Kaufmann David Münzer. Das schmale Gebäude ist ein spätes Beispiel für die gemischte Nutzung für Geschäfts- und Wohnzwecke in Berlin, bevor um 1900 reine Geschäftsbauten zum Standard wurden. Die bauzeitliche Fassadengestaltung im neobarockem Stil mit Erker und Dachaufsatz ist vollständig erhalten. Die großen Fenster der Obergeschossen dienen dazu, den Gegensatz zwischen Geschäfts- und Wohnbereichen an der Fassade abzuschwächen. Bis 2009 gehörte das Haus zum Hauptstadtstudo des TV-Senders Sat1. Das Gebäude ist als Baudenkmal ausgewiesen. |
