Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The former Reich Ministry of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda ("Reichsministerium für Volksaufklärung und Propaganda") on Mauerstraße in Berlin-Mitte. It was built in 1936-1940 by architect Karl Reichle in the Nazi architectural style. The original outlook is pretty much preserved except for the giant stone eagle by sculptor Willy Meller which stood on the side pillar on the left. The building is now seat of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs ("Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales").
