Description
Deutsch: Die St. Ludwigskirche am Ludwigkirchplatz in Berlin-Wilmersdorf um 1900. Das Bauwerk wurde 1895-1897 nach einem Entwurf von August Mencken errichtet. Es ist König Ludwig IX. von Frankreich gewidmet. Das Foto zeigt, dass um die Wende zum 20. Jahrhundert noch große Teile von Wilmersdorf unbebaut waren.
English: The St. Louis Church on Ludwigkirchplatz in Berlin-Wilmersdorf around 1900. It was built 1895 to 1897 to a design by architect August Mencken. The church is dedicated to King Louis IX of France. The photo shows that around 1900 large parts of Wilmersdorf were still undeveloped.
