Wednesday, September 4, 2013 -- Governor Dannel P. Malloy joined state legislators and officials for a bill signing ceremony on the campus of the University of Connecticut Health Center to celebrate the final approval of legislation creating the Bioscience Innovation Fund, which will allow Connecticut to build on the tremendous progress being made in our state in the bioscience industry. The new fund builds upon the significant investment the state has already made in the UConn Health Center and Jackson Labs, projects that are strengthening Connecticut's life sciences industry.
