English: Cream, loose weave, cotton blouse, over the neck, v neck with collar trimmed with pleated frill at front, 8 parallel bands of pin tucking at shoulders, high waisted cumberbund style band which includes 12 parrallal pin tucks runnong horizontally, self fabric sleeve which has machine embroidered floral motifs and scalloped edge at elbow extended with machine made, Swiss style lace also forming scalloped edge . Lower edge of garment appears to have been cut off and featuring vertical pin tucking.
