English: White, loose weave cotton , early 20th century blouse, front fastening with 4 metal hooks and manmade eyes, sailor's collar edged with machine made filet lace extending down front opening and 2 inserted vertical bands of machinemade lace finishing in turn back cuff which fastens with metal hook and decorated with same filet lace. Sleeve seam has machine made faggotting detail , white cotton tape loop centre back hem , "la mode c'est moi" with machine embroidered peacock makers tag on front left lower edge
