Description

English: Blue Star Memorial Highway plaque reads: "Blue Star Memorial Highway. A tribute to the Armed Forces that have defended the United States of America. Sponsored by Humboldt District California Garden Clubs, Inc. in cooperation with California Highway Department of Transportation."

U.S. Highway 101 is called "Veterans Memorial Freeway" and is marked with these blue star markers along the route.
