Boven de portretten een wapen en een banderolle met de tekst JE MAINTIENDRAI. Onder de portretten banderolles met JAVA en SAMARANG, en teksten in het Maleis en Arabisch. De rand van het bord met een blauw transferdecor met drie banderolles waarop staat: JE MAINTIENDRAI, en drie medaillons met een wapen. Hier tussen eikels en eikenbladeren.
