Summary

[edit]
Description Brassia gireoudiana is native to Costa Rica and Panama, in semi-deciduous to evergreen premontane forests, at elevations of 500 to 1000 meters. This plant looks much like the more famous Brassia caudata. The pseudobulbs are elongated ovoid, strong flattened, shiny light green and sometimes 15 cm high and 4 cm wide. Each psodobulb has 2-3 strongly folded, pointed leaves about 30 cm long.
