Awarded to employees of the Special Connection, as well as other citizens or groups who actively promote the development of the Special Connection. For many years of distinguished work and achievements in meeting the challenges of ad hoc communications; for great contribution to the development and implementation of activities aimed at implementing the activities of the Special Connection; for the performance of critical tasks to improve and enhance the effectiveness of the service of the Special Connection; for outstanding contribution to the development and implementation of legislative and regulatory acts relating to the activities of the Special Connection; for the actions that have led to a significant increase in the level of technical knowledge and compliance with the rules of technical operation of machinery and equipment; for the courage and dedication in the rescue, prevention of, and elimination of consequences of accidents or natural disasters, for combating illegal actions during the execution of their duties. |
