A few years back, the city built a foot bridge overpass across I-280. While it was strange that there was no way to cross in this area, it didn't really matter. There isn't much to go to on the other side. The interesting thing is that this bridge is right next to my old high school. For as long as I could remember, there was a large dirt ramp in the corner in preparation for some sort of overpass. It was always fenced off, so it was a bit weird that I could suddenly go there, There are spot lights that are supposed to light up the towers, but they were off for some reason. Maybe they used too much power or maybe the neighbors complained. I don't really know. I ended up doing a hand HDR type composite of two shots. One shot was for the ground. The other shot was for the sky and towers. Cupertino, CA |
