Men in coveralls work on the springhouse, a stone structure built into a hillside.

Brinegar Cabin - Doughton Park. The springhouse is down slope from the cabin, located along the treeline. It consists of two rooms under a wooden shingle roof. Along with other buildings on the property, the springhouse was restored in the early 1940s by the Works Progress Administration for interpretive purposes.
