One of a series of 830 engravings, mostly city views, from Thesaurus philopoliticus oder Politisches Schatzkästlein, published in 1625 and subsequent years in Frankfurt. The engraving contains maxims and philosophical aphorisms by co-editor and poet Daniel Meisner. |
