English: Sedimentation velocity experiment of lysozyme: Movie showing the trajectory followed by 1000 molecules of lysozyme, represented as green spheres in a typical ultracentrifuge cell, rm = 5.8 cm, rb = 7.2 cm in a sedimentation velocity experiment with ω = 40000 rpm and 54 000 s, at 20°C. The white spheres represent the water solvent.
