Description
English: TPA stimulates the formation of protrusions and the aggregation of acini. Cultures of MCF10A acini were fed on day 4 in the presence of 10 nM TPA. Real time imaging was started 1.5 hours later, and then continued for approximately 24 more hours. Images were captured every 10 minutes.
