Description
Deutsch: Buschingstraße 2/4/6; Ladenzeile und Gaststätten der Parkstadt Bogenhausen, 1955/56 nach Plänen des Architekten Franz Ruf als zentrale Gemeinschaftseinrichtung im Westteil der gleichzeitig entstandenen Siedlung errichtet, unter Einbeziehung des Straßenraums und gärtnerischer Anlagen; die beiden flach konzipierten Gebäude, horizontal ausgerichtet und klar gegliedert, sind in ihrer städtebaulich weiträumigen und freien Anordnung durch die Arkaden zusammengebunden, die der rationalen Architektur die charakteristische Transparenz geben. Hier: Parkgaststätte, mit niedrigem Seitenflügel stumpfwinklig zur Ladenzeile angeordnet, das höhere Obergeschoss raumhoch verglast, mit an den Frontseiten stark vorkragendem Dach und weit ausgreifenden Arkaden.
