Description
Italiano: MRI con mezzo di contrasto epato-specifico in un paziente affetto sia da iperplasia nodulare focale (teste di freccia) sia da adenoma epatocellulare (freccia). Entrambe le lesioni sono lievemente iperintense in T2 (A), iso o poco ipointense al mapping ADC (derivato da sequenze di diffusione) (B), iso o poco ipointense in T1 (C). Dopo iniezione del mezzo di contrasto si osserva per entrambe le lesioni segnale iperintenso nella fase arteriosa (D) ed isointensità in quella venosa (E). Nella fase epato-biliare (F) l'iperplasia nodulare focale appare iperintensa rispetto al parenchima circostante, l'adenoma lievemente ipointenso rispetto al parenchima.
