描述
English: Coronal plane of a CT scan of a 73 year old woman who had the investigation performed due to hematuria. It shows a 1.5 cm accessory spleen as a circular object in the center of the image, between the spleen (laterally), the tail of the pancreas (superiorly), the left kidney (medially) and the decending colon (inferolaterally).
