Distribution: Found in hill side forests, Found in South east Asia and Malaysia Large straggling shrubs, looking elegant in bloom, Branchlets tomentose, Leaves opposite,elliptic-ovate, base obtuse or subcordate, tomentose beneath, Flowers light green in dense axillary or terminal racemes;Calyx tube 5 partite, lobes recurved, persistant, petals 0, stamens 10 in 2 whorls adnate to calyx lobes, short 5 stamens opposite and long 5 alternate to calyx lobes, ovary inferior 1 celled, ovules 3, stigma simple.
