Description

Camillo Fire, looking north along the high power lines east of Lake Mary Road near Mormon Lake. The San Francisco Peaks are in the far distance to the left of the towers. Photo taken June 17, 2015 by True Brown, Assistant Fire Management Officer for the Flagstaff Ranger District, USFS Coconino National Forest.

Fires such as this help clean and remove down and dead forest fuels, increasing the safety for communities and the lessening the threat of severe wildfires in the area.
