Description Figure 3; Cantharellus densifolius (epitype, BB 16.021). Microscopic features: a basidiospores, b basidia and basidiola, c distinctly thick-walled and typically sinuous-undulate hyphal extremities of the pileipellis, d detail of an encrusted hypha from the pileus context. Scale bar: 10 µm but only 5 µm for basidiospores. Drawings B. Buyck.
