Este edifício apresenta uma planta longitudinal composta por alpendre e nave única, ambos rectangulares. As fachadas laterais têm um janelão rectangular e, na da esquerda, encontra-se a porta de acesso à nave. Interiormente, destaca-se o retábulo do altar-mor em talha polícroma, onde se encontram as figuras de S. Bartolomeu e de Nossa Senhora de Lurdes.
