"Identità Golose 2010, proponendo come tema il Lusso della Semplicità, va oltre la ricetta in sé e pone attenzione alla produzione, alla salute dell’ambiente – che sia esso il pianeta o il nostro corpo -, al rispetto sociale fino a una profonda conoscenza della nostra storia, liberandola da quelle tradizioni dettate dalla povertà. Dobbiamo poter scegliere. Mangiare povero perché poveri (a volte soprattutto di testa) è un condanna, non un piacere."
