Description
English: Cast copper alloy double looped oval buckle dating to the Post-Medieval period, (1500-1700). The object is sub-oval in plan and hexagonal in cross-section. Moulded pin rests protrude on the outer edge of each end of the object. The inside edge of the buckle is bevelled. The pin is missing. It has a dark green patina and is in good condition.
