Description
Deutsch: Höhle 4Q ist eine Höhle etwa 150 Meter südwestlich der archäologischen Stätte Qumran am Toten Meer. Der von weitem sichtbare Doppeleingang ist zum Wahrzeichen Qumrans geworden. Die Höhle enthielt etwa 15.000 Fragmente von Schriftrollen in schlechtem Erhaltungszustand.
English: 4Q, which is now visible from the Qumran esplanade, is actually two caves, one adjacent to the other. De Vaux referred to them as 4a and 4b.
